Archibite Standard License

All digital assets purchased on Archibite come with our Standard License, giving you broad commercial and personal use rights.

✅ What You CAN Do

Commercial Use

Use assets in commercial projects for clients, including architectural presentations, marketing materials, and project deliverables.

Personal Use

Use assets for personal projects, portfolio pieces, academic work, and non-commercial design exploration.

Modification

Modify, adapt, and customize assets to fit your project needs. Create derivative works based on the original assets.

Unlimited Projects

Use the same asset across multiple projects without additional licensing fees. No project quantity restrictions.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

Resell or Redistribute

You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original asset files with others, even modified versions.

Claim Ownership

You cannot claim authorship or ownership of the original asset. Credit to the original creator is appreciated but not required.

Create Competing Products

You cannot use assets to create competing products or services that directly compete with the original vendor.

Share Account Access

You cannot share your account credentials or allow others to download assets using your account.

Common Use Cases

✅ Allowed: Use textures, people cutouts, and graphic elements in client presentations, competition boards, and marketing materials. Modify colors, scale, and composition as needed.

✅ Allowed: Incorporate Revit families, CAD blocks, and 3D models into project files for client delivery. Modify parameters and properties to suit project requirements.

⚠️ Limited: Assets can be used in collaborative projects, but each team member should have their own Archibite account. Assets cannot be shared directly between accounts.

✅ Allowed: Use assets in educational materials, student projects, and academic research. Modify and adapt for learning purposes.
