Welcome to Archibite.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Archibite website, products, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Archibite is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to process purchases. All sales are made directly between you and Archibite.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Archibite.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

2. Digital Products

Archibite sells downloadable digital products only.

No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, your purchased files will be made available for download through your account or order confirmation.

3. License to Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital files for your own personal or commercial projects.

You may:

• Use purchased assets in your own architectural, design, visualization, and creative projects.
• Modify the files to suit your project requirements.
• Use the assets in completed commercial work created for clients.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original files.
• Upload purchased files to stock marketplaces, asset libraries, or file-sharing websites.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original files.
• Use the files to create competing downloadable products or asset packs.
• Share your purchase with other individuals or organizations that have not purchased their own license.

Each purchase is licensed to a single user unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All products, graphics, textures, files, previews, website content, branding, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of Archibite or its licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

5. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and may be subject to taxes where required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraud
• pricing errors
• technical issues
• violation of these Terms

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not available except in circumstances described in our Refund Policy.

7. Product Availability

We may update, improve, modify, discontinue, or remove products at any time without prior notice.

Customers who have already purchased a product will continue to have access to the version available at the time of purchase, subject to our platform's availability.

8. Accuracy of Product Information
