These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Archibite/Arkkitehti Pyry Kuismin (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [archibite.com] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

In the event that the Site is available through any third-party seller/ vendors/creators, or if Archibite provides links from the Site to any third-party platform or permits any third party to sell from the Site, you understand and agree that Archibite makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, and accepts no responsibility for any content or practices of such third parties or their platforms. Such platforms or sales by the vendors or creators are not under the control of Archibite, and Archibite provides and/or permits these products only as a convenience to you. The inclusion of any sale does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by Archibite.
It is to emphasize that Archibite can not guarantee or monitor that the third parties’ products that are offered by the site does not contradict any copyright or other intellectual property rights of another party and therefore the site has no legal responsibility to copyright or other intellectual property claims of any third or fourth party regarding a sale that was made using the site or to any product of a third party that was sold by using the services of the site. It is clarified and agreed that the products of third-party sellers/vendors/creators participate in deals, campaigns, promotions according to the decision of Archibite and without any permission of third-party sellers/vendors/creators.
All existing technologies, including artificial intelligence, can be used by our creators to create the products on our marketplace platform.
We work together with sellers/vendors/creators to find the right and fair price for each product on our platform. At the same time, this is to clarify that the final decision regarding product’s price, discounts and changes in pricing over time will be done by Archibite.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, intellectual property rights, practices or opinions expressed in any Third Party Services which are offered by the site. In addition, Archibite will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any Third Party Service. By using the Services, you expressly relieve and hold harmless Archibite from any and all liability arising from your use of any Third Party Service.
It is also clarified that in order to download or use the free products displayed in this site, you must give full credit to designer/vendors each time you use their product and also mention the site address – archibite.com. The aim of the site is providing Architects and Architectural students with the products for architectural graphics.

By buying our products you agree that our refund policy according to the exclusive jurisdiction, laws, refund policies of Finland. We offer digital products.
